GVS Enterprises Ltd., founded in 1988 by George Scheuller, has provided business system consulting, programming and troubleshooting services to organizations in both the private and public sector.  We have crafted applications for all sorts of specific needs in all sorts of industries.  We have origins developing legacy applications on Alpha Micro minicomputers with Metropolis and AlphaBASIC.

As the industry has grown, we accumulated a wide range of experience in Windows PC network design and system development using various programming languages and tools, including Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server.  Our success over the years has been due to the positive word-of-mouth advertising generated by our clients' satisfaction with our services.

At our inception we discovered that for many years companies hired their own programmer/analysts or contracted value added resellers (VARs) to program their applications.  The major drawback to such situations was that the programmers typically had little or no business background, little or no knowledge of the specific industry, and little or no experience in implementing a project involving that nasty hyphenated word "end-users."

At GVS Enterprises Ltd. we have found that the end-user will likely be the most important factor in the success or failure of a given project.  In many situations, business system projects and goals are not management driven.  This tends to result in persons with little business or information processing background specifying requirements of mission critical software systems.  Our function is to provide stability to such situations, guiding these individuals toward an acceptable solution meeting the needs of the users while fulfilling the necessary auditing requirements of the company.
